Napoli head into this game down in 3rd position on the Group C standings having amassed a total of eight points from five group games. As is the case with the top teams in Serie A this season, they haven't been able to stamp their authority on the continental stage. As of now, their early season form- in Serie A- is nowhere to be found with Luciano Spaletti's troops picking up just one win in five league matches. Just two point separates them from Legia Warsaw who is at the bottom of the group and although a draw books them a place in the knockouts, a loss would see them looking at the Legia-Spartak game, the result of this match, in this case, being the determining factor. Leicester did well to beat Spartak on matchday five and then went on to get the better of Watford in the league just a couple of days later, however, they would be heading into this one having failed to win any of their last two matches.
