This is a common type of bet tip or football prediction outcome on football betting websites because it appears easier to achiee than a full time Draw (X). X HT simply means predicting the game to end in a draw by the end of the first half of the match without regard for the result at full time. A draw means the home team and away team have equal number of goals.
Example
In a match like Chelsea:Manchester united 1:0 FT(0:0 HT, 1:0 2HT). In this example, Chelsea drew the first half of the game at half-time but won the second half. A soccer tip with XHT would have won because the first half of the game ended in a draw.
Bayern:Schalke 2:2 FT(1:0 HT, 1:2 2HT). In this example, Bayern won the first half of the game but lost the second half. A bet tip with XHT would have lost because the first half did not end in a draw.
